SNI is currently looking for a Title Office Assistant/Receptionist in the Orlando area. This position is Contract to Hire with long-term potential in a fast-growing and team-oriented atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. You will be communicating with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure smooth and accurate support and transactions. The position will be full time Monday- Friday/ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm $14/hr.
Job Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Greet and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Opening real estate transaction files, uploading documents, general and specific data entry.
  • Ordering and managing the delivery of title search products
  • Providing clients and consumers with proactive and regularly scheduled transaction status updates
  • Preparing documents and packages for mailing
  • General errands including bank runs, hand deliveries, supply pickups, lunch for office
