Job Description

SNI Companies is looking for Ticketing Specialists for our hospitality client in Las Colinas. This position will assist company employees from around the US with questions related to Human Resources including Payroll and Benefit questions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills along with past ticketing or help desk experience.

The Ticketing Specialist is responsible for processing employee requests, maintaining employee records and ensuring all requests are completed in a timely manner.


  • Process incoming questions, concerns
  • Provide support regarding requests
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure correct service delivery
  • Provide additional Customer Service support for general questions regarding Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems is preferred
  • Organizational skills
  • Maintain high level of attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with ADP is a big plus


  • Up to $20/hr depending on experience
