Job Description

We have an immediate need for a temporary office coordinator at our Plymouth area client to help with handling and updating client account information. Chosen candidate will be able to start immediately and must have a strong attention to detail.
Position entails the following:

  • Verifying client address changes and title changes
  • Handling online account openings and closings
  • Following up on statement requests, etc.
  • General office duties such as scanning, filing, data entry and doing mailings.


  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2 two years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to pass standard company background check and credit check.
