Job Summary:

SNI Companies is seeking a dynamic individual to be a Support Coordinator and provide strong clerical support. In this position you'll be responsible for data entry, checking forms for accuracy and contacting internal employees for missing or additional information.

Job Requirements:

  • Insurance knowledge/background and may have worked as a brokerage assistant
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Solid knowledge in Excel and Word and other software capabilities

Job Qualifications:

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively follow-up on items
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
