Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer located in Linden has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator. This is a full time opportunity with a great client, and a great group of people to work with.
Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Receives all invoices on bulk shipments
  • Verify that invoicing is correct and ensure changes are made as required
  • Process invoicing to the Accounts Payable department
  • Receives all POD activity on Bulk and LTL
  • Goods issue inventory
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume
  • SAP and Microsoft Excel
