Job Description

We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator. This position requires a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and organization. This individual will be responsible for the overall office and clerical support of the current staff.

  • Answer the telephone and direct calls accordingly.
  • Prepare paperwork and on-boarding for new employees.
  • Ensure inventory levels of office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained.
  • Prepare various daily, weekly, and monthly reports for upper management.
  • Work independently on special projects.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.
