Required/ Preferred Experience: High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma an up to two years experience in an administrative support or secretarial function, preferably in a service industry environment. An Associate's Degree is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Working knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Working knowledge of Business English and Arithmetic.
- Ability to perform research, compile data and report findings.
- Ability to establish, update and maintain filing systems.
- Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and related software applications, specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
