Education and Experience

Number of years of experience: 5+ years

Type of experience

  • Graduate of (4) year accredited college or university in Adult Education and Training, Organizational Development, Communications, or Liberal Arts, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) years' experience in multiple training project management.
  • Proven presentation training and teaching skills.
  • Proven instructional design experience.
  • Certification in industry standard training programs desired
  • Florida health insurance license preferred but not required
  • HIPAA certified


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of instructional design theories and principles.
  • Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
  • Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
  • Must have the ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of subordinate staff engaged in various professional functions.
  • Must have a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and collaboration.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and produce accurate instructional materials.
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment
  • Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned Solutions programs, products, policies and technology
  • Keeps current with, and maintains a thorough understanding of industry-specific knowledge, including Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance as it applies to MAPD/PDP/EGWP, and other PBM programs.
