Job Description



Responsibilities:
  • Act as main point of contact for all service clients for comprehensive household needs
  • Coordinate service requirements with the project management team
  • Schedule subcontractor work; track and manage cost estimates and vendor quotes
  • Follow up with the subcontractors and management team as the work is completed; monitoring performance
  • Coordinating and completing client outreach and mailings
  • Actively apprise the client of work progress, and ensure satisfaction
  • Direct weekly team meetings to review each property, discuss current project scheduling and future project needs
  • Maintain the daily /weekly schedule for all service field staff
  • Review client invoices and submit to management team for approval
  • Work closely with senior management to establish a process for planned growth while maintaining high standards for current clients
  • Complete miscellaneous office administrative duties

Requirements:
  • Residential construction knowledge a must
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 4 year degree in business management or equivalent
  • Highly organized
  • Readily available
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, client-focused
  • Team player
  • Excellent analytical skills for effective decision making and problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in residential contracting and property management a plus.
