SNI Companies has partnered with a growing manufacturing/electrical firm in Dallas looking to bring on a Service Coordinator to their team on a contract to hire basis. This positions is responsible for dispatching electricians to customers across the country and managing the work order repair process in accordance with customer guidelines and industry standards. Requirements:

  • Experience within service, logistics or manufacturing industry required
  • Maintain a positive attitude and organization in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize and remain organized
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • High school or GED equivalent required
  • Strong ability to think critically and problem solve


Responsibilities:
Level 1(Entry Level)

  • Responsible for entering and dispatching work orders
  • Responsible for ensuring that work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the scheduled time and date of the work
  • Responsible for calling subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status
  • Responsible for entering accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors
  • Responsible for acting on all incoming phone calls and faxes
  • Responsible for closing all service calls in the system when work is complete
  • Responsible for updating customer web based portals
  • Responsible for acquiring necessary materials in order to fully complete the job
  • Able to effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customer as well as FSG SLA requirements


Level 2 (Intermediate)

  • Same as above plus
  • Obtain CALT Certification
  • Responsible for creating and uploading quotes to the customer
  • Provide feedback on Vendors to Vendor Relations Department (both positive and negative)
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Staff to insure customer needs are met
  • Has the ability to deescalate issues that arise with the vendor/customer.
  • Has a full understanding of customer requirements and able to identify inconsistencies
  • Has an basic understanding of electrical knowledge


Level 3 (Advanced 3 to 5 years and qualifies for Project Coordinator)

  • Same as above plus
  • Communicate effectively with the Financial Dept
  • Able to understand and complete pre-post audits
  • Able to export and understand customer reporting (Benchmark, Fiscal, Material per site)
  • Able to identify errors in pricing/maintain customer records
  • Has an above average understanding of electrical knowledge
  • Back up to the Team Lead
