Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator for our client. The right person must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a high sense of prioritization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Prepare work orders.
  • Schedule or dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests using phones and/or e-mail.
  • Plan, prioritize and execute projects to ensure efficiency and the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and clearly organize future projects.
  • Monitor technician locations to coordinate service and schedules.
  • Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, project history, and additional dispatch information.
  • Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding project specifications
  • Prepare status reports to accurately describe the progress towards program goals.
  • Regularly update and utilize company software.
  • Monitor and report on both company and market activities.
  • Provide a weekly status updates to supervisor.
  • HVAC knowledge is preferred
