Responsibilities:
-proactively manages the talent acquisition process
-actively manage a bench of roles, from 15-25 at any given time
-remain up to date with industry best practices, including market intelligence and data trends
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-7+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferrably with a mix of Corporate and Agency
