Job Description

We have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented customer service representative. The customer service representative will provide outstanding phone support for the sales team and customers in a high call volume environment. The customer representative position will include heavy data entry of information from inbound and outbound.

Responsibilities:

- Handling a high call volume
- Entering information generated from calls
- Work on different projects pursuant to client's needs
- Assisting with general process questions, order status and tracking of inquiries

Job Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • Previous call center experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Must have clean Criminal Background Screen and Drug Screen (completed by us)
