PURPOSE:

The Business Development Consultant is a sales position which requires an exceptional work ethic. This role entails being organized, detailed oriented, outgoing, self-motivated, and friendly. This person needs to be able to prioritize and multitask with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads by placing outbound calls or traveling throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective accounts to solicit orders and maintain good customer service throughout the greater Jacksonville area as directed by management
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Develop and manage strong business relationships with customers
  • Participate in networking and community events
  • Assist in developing new business services
  • Upsell new services to existing customers
  • Attend company/departmental meetings as well as educational/training programs as required
  • Other duties as delegated by management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding and commitment to healthy lifestyle
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma

Pay Rate: 25-20K base plus commission

M-F 8-5 schedule
