SNI Companies is seeking a phenomenal Sales Support - Administrative Assistant to join our fun, growing team!

Position Summary: Responsible for inclusive administrative functions to support the branch such as answering and transferring phone calls and greeting visitors, maintaining filing system, record keeping, processing payroll, completing daily data entry tasks and pre-employment requirements for new hires to include: background and drug test scheduling, employment paperwork and employment authorization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and streamline/develop office practices or procedures as needed.

  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to add, subtract and calculate fractions/percentages.
  • Effective customer service and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel and Word and ATS is helpful. (Bullhorn).
  • Aptitude for learning new systems.
