SNI Companies is searching for a motivated administrative professional for the Billing and Sales Support team of a prominent client in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Support / Billing Coordinator performs basic responsibilities that are required when assisting the sales reps and their customers with orders, quotes, product questions, and proposals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the software program SAP to ensure that the reps receive their restock of product used during specific cases.
  • Handle data entry of bills in order for the reps to receive payment.
  • Ensure that all bills and restocks are correct and align with what was sent in by the representative.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year customer service experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external associates/customers/colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to follow through on issues, make informed decisions that comply with policies and procedures, complete tasks and problem-solve.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
