Job Description

Our client is hiring a sales support assistant for their sales and customer service department. Candidates must be able to respond to customer inquiries and needs, as received by telephone, fax, email; handle incoming calls relating to scheduling sales field representatives; research customer complaints fully and recommend corrective actions and solutions; work closely with contracts that flows through the sales department; make outbound customer service calls when necessary and as directed, support sales and operations staff with customer-related fulfillment requests.
Candidates must have 3 + years of relevant work experience and must be highly proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering a full-time Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule. This position will pay $35,000-$45,000 based upon experience.
