SNI Companies is seeking a phenomenal Sales Support - Administrative Assistant to join professional growing Technical Support team!
Position Summary: Responsible for inclusive administrative functions to support the sales team, maintaining filing system, running Excel reports, completing daily data entry tasks. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and streamline/develop office practices or procedures as needed.
  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to add, subtract and calculate fractions/percentages.
  • Effective customer service and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel and Word and Goldmine, ACT, or Quoteworks CRM's a plus. .
  • Aptitude for learning new systems.
