Sales Administrator needed for client in Langhorne, PA area.
As a Sales Administrator your Job Duties:

  • Serve as the Administrator for several divisions of the company
  • Work as liaison between the Sales teams and Accounting department to process product orders and keep purchasing information accurate
  • Perform administrative functions for Sales teams
  • Works closely with the field and as a complement to the sales process
  • Serve as the Office Manager and assist with ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • CRM administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Good balance of business and technical knowledge
  • Coordinating variety of sales team meetings/events, travel, report generation- all in support of the Education and sales team
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to compose and manage all required project documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in accomplishing project objectives according to established budgets and timetables
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively converse and interact with technical team to formulate questions, offer insight, solutions and issues resolution
  • Excellent listening, time management, and organization skills; able to prioritize time and tasks to accomplish established objectives.
  • Strong proficiency with technology and in various software products, especially Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • No restrictions lifting and moving objects, bending down or kneeling, etc. as required to perform Office Management function
