A highly sought out Property Management Company in Chicago is looking for an Administrative Assistant to act as the first point-of-contact for clients. The right candidate is a self-starter, who loves exceeding expectations and understands customer service experience at a high level.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Reception desk coverage
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with employee requests
- Assist shipping and vendor access
- Create outgoing shipping labels
- Distribute incoming mail
- Using schedule in Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Follow-up with clients for project details
- Data entry and general filing/scanning duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associated Degree preferred
__ Minimum 1 year office support experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
