Job Description

We are looking for a Resident Coordinator to support the residents of an affordable housing community in Seacoast area. Our client offers great benefits and a flexible work schedule! The right person will have the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks, communicate with people of various backgrounds, and have creative problem solving abilities. The chosen person for this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist the property manager in mediating conflicts between residents
  • Meticulously document all resident requests, conflicts, or complaints
  • Strengthen the relationship between the affordable housing community and community service organizations and programs
  • Support resident retention by upholding lease obligations such as timely rent, home maintenance, and unified enjoyment of the property for residents and neighbors
  • Attend annual training to keep current on available community, federal, and state resources
  • Maintain proper resident documentation and files


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work or Psychology or related subject
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Local travel required therefore valid driver's license is necessary
