Job Description


The Rehab Office Coordinator assists the Program Manager in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department. The Rehab Office Coordinator is responsible for all clerical and administrative services in his/her assigned sites of service.

  • Ensures all therapist and assistant licenses are current and posted.
  • Ensures therapists are current for all mandatory and/or required in-services.
  • Tracks and ensures all rehab staff are current for PPDs.
  • Assures all employees submit payroll information on a weekly basis and submits all expense reports.
  • Tracks physician orders and signatures.
  • Tracks screens and notifies therapists.
  • Reviews QIR monthly for changes and reports to Program Manager.
  • Mails and tracks return of initial evaluations and certifications.
