Job Description

Recruitment/Administrative Coordinator needed for Pharmaceutical Company in Mercer County. This a great opportunity for someone with entry-level experience in recruiting along with exceptional computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Contact applicants and Hiring Managers to coordinate and schedule interviews and debriefs.
  • Coordinate travel.
  • Books resources for interviews.
  • Provide warm and professional hosting of candidates to promote a positive onsite experience.
  • Generate and send offer letters I packages.
  • Facilitate background investigations of new hires.
  • Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with vendor to complete applicant background/drug processing.
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (iCims) updated.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
