RECRUITER - temporary/remote in Lawrence, MA at Staffing Now

Job Description

We are looking for a REMOTE TEMPORARY RECRUITER for about 3 months (to cover a maternity leave) to support our Lawrence area healthcare client with their recruiting process from start to finish.
Responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You'll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you'll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
*THIS IS A REMOTE TEMPORARY POSITION*
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

• PHR certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars
