Job Description

SNI has partnered with a reputable and growing oil and gas firm in Downtown Dallas looking to add a temporary Receptionist/Office Manager to their team. This position requires candidates that is proactive, polished, professional and has a strong ability to multi-task.

Our client is looking to bring on a temporary candidate, with potential for full time employment.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate parties
  • Receive and ship packages and mailings on behalf of the company
  • Maintain common areas including conference rooms, lobby, kitchen and supply room
  • Collect and log incoming checks, reconciling them against bank statements
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Support departmental goals by executing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Calendar management for office and executives
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in administrative support role in a professional office environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple project deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
