Receptionist needed to support a public accounting firm in Mercer County, NJ.

We are looking for a Receptionist to support a public accounting firm in Mercer County, NJ office. Looking for a possible contract to hire full-time receptionist. The qualified individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, including dealing with the day to day operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in public accounting firm a plus.
Candidates must be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in an efficient manner. High level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Responsibilities include:

  • General but detailed administrative duties
  • Providing administrative support to all company staff
  • Ordering and tracking office supply inventories
  • Represent company professionally to outside vendors and clients.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences
  • Cross train with tax processing administrator


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively with clients and group personnel
  • Must be very organized, responsible and personable
