Job Description


Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk temporary to hire located on the North Shore. Duties: Answering phones, greeting visitors, order supplies, enter data into ERP system, enter account payable invoices into system, match invoices,set up new vendors and request W-9's. Assist in preparation of written quotes and processing purchase orders. Must be proficient in MS Office skills. Prior accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Hours: 8:30am-4:00pm 1/2 lunch.
