General Responsibilities: The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the specific duties outlined below as well as any special projects that may be assigned on an as - needed basis. The Real Estate Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Property Management, all the Commercial Property Managers as well as the Accountants and other accounting team members. Specific Duties: * Input Lease Abstracts into the various accounting systems such as Timberline, Yardi and MRI accurately and in a timely manner. Following up with the Property Managers if information is missing, ensuring that the abstracts are signed off and approved by the property managers and then filed in the tenant lease files. * New vendor set up which involves on boarding new vendors, inputting the information needed into the standard vendor contracts for Property Managers approval; requesting/reviewing vendor insurance certificates to ensure they are in compliance with the contracts, obtaining vendor W9's and uploading vendor contracts, insurance certificates and W9's into the various tracking systems (Timberline, Nexus and Yardi) * Tracking vendor insurance certificates through the Timberline system to ensure they are current or if expired working with the vendors to secure copies of the current insurance certificates and inputting the information into the various tracking systems. *
