Job Description

We have a current need need for a PT Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to start in the near future at a law firm located in Central CT. Applying candidates should have experience and knowledge in the following:
-Bank reconciliations
-Entering attorney time
-Preparing and posting invoices
-Maintaining office supplies
-General administrative duties
-Quickbooks and bookkeeping experience required
-Previous law office experience desirable.
This positions hours are flexible and will be between 15-25 hours a week but there is potential for increased hours/responsibility depending on performance and initiative.
