Job Description

Looking for a self-starter to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Program day to day orders and all related customer service inquiries
  • Responsible for managing all facets of inventory orders
  • Daily communication with program clients as necessary
  • Monitor, review & place inventory orders
  • Administer email/phone inquiries from Vendors regarding all program related orders
  • Organize and follow up on all program related orders, proper artwork, proofs, pre-production samples, stock, shipping schedule, etc

Program Management

  • Communicate with Fulfillment Center & 3rd party decorating partners to ensure accuracy & timeliness for all program orders
  • Assist with development of client in house and online programs
  • Assist Operations Manager with set-up and implementation of programs, both in house and online.
  • Annual pricing of program items, updating system information & researching replacement items when needed
  • Assist in all other program tasks & reporting as needed

  • Communicate effectively with internal partners - Custom, Creative Services, Warehouse, Sales, Technology & Executive Management
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
  • Assist with back up of office staff as needed
