Production Associate in Farmington, CT at Staffing Now

Job Description

We are hiring Production Workers for a 1st Shift opportunity near the New Britain, CT area! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Assembly
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for entire shift
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to come in early, stay late and work Over Time if needed
