We are looking to hire Production Analyst for Production Operations.


Job Description:
Our client operates a large manufacturing operation, providing products to their clients across the United States. The Production analyst will need to work with both production staff and our customer service teams to help ensure a smooth flow.


Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years workings as a production analyst to prepare reports, help optimize production workflows, and help manage operation benchmarks and performance metrics. The analyst will be responsible for helping to monitor production processes and through metrics, making recommendations on how to help balance production flows across multiple factor locations, and providing detailed reporting about production performance. The analyst will work closely with staff to help with managing the procedures in preparing PDF files to print presses.


Job Requirements:

  • Preparation of Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc.
  • Any experience pull large amounts of data and preparing reports - SQL experience highly preferred
  • Operations experience - measuring performance metrics, benchmarking, activity analysis for production flows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pre-press experiences preferred - preparing PDF files for print on large digital presses
  • Minimum 1 year of experience work as a production / pre-press associate
  • Minimum 4 year college degree
