Our North Andover client is in need of a Personal Assistant to provide administrative day-to-day tasks to support the President. In this role, nothing is above or below you. You must have excellent computer, internet and research skills; outstanding organizational and time management skills, familiarity with all office gadgets (tech savvy, setting up a printer, resetting routers, etc.)
Responsibilities:

  • Managing the President's calendar and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Completing various administrative tasks for the business as needed
  • Organizing and maintaining organization of office, organize and maintain a filing system
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements
  • Creating weekly and daily overviews with reminders, schedule, tasks, etc.
  • Assisting in HR and Accounting duties


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (to pick up lunch, run errands to post office, bank, etc.)
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Professional and strong communication skills at all levels both internally and externally required
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
