As a Patient Services Representative you will make a difference in our members lives by ensuring they receive the proper care and benefits they need! You will make outbound phone calls to members to educate them on their benefits, research the best facilities that will save them out of pockets costs, and schedule their medical appointments with clinical providers for their one-on-one health assessments.


All you need is a great personality and passion for helping people along with 1 year call center experience, good computer, and communication skills.
