SNI Companies has partnered with a growing appliance repair company in the Manchester area. We are seeking an experienced Parts Department Clerk to join their growing team!
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product shipment information to customers and technicians in the field and resolve any shipping/parts issues that arise.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately and timely prepare and ship products to customers and technicians
  • Communicate with technicians in the field
  • Handle customer inquiries for product shipping details
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records
  • Detailed and accurate data entry
  • Ability to communicate and manage product delivery for 12 technicians in the field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
