Our client, located in Long Branch has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will be 25 hours per week.
In this role, the person will be supporting the Chief Administrative Officer for about 5 hours per week and the remainder for the HR department as an Administrative Assistant. Client needs someone who is smart, detail oriented and can multi-task. He/she would need to understand confidentiality and be comfortable with MS Office, office equipment (scanners, postage machine, copiers, printers), following up on issues, etc. This person will be responsible for working with documents, emails, letters, filing, scanning, etc. HR department or HR systems experience, would be a plus.
