Job Description

SNI Companies is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to work for our client located in Schaumburg, IL. The Assistant will be answering and routing calls, as well as using basic web-based applications along with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hours of assignment/days per week: 8:00 am to 12:00 Noon, Monday to Friday

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr

Job Duration: The job will run to the middle of November, possibly into December

Requirements/Experience Needed for the assignment:

o Experience with Microsoft Office products
o Answering and routing calls
o Assisting walk-in residents, patrons, and other customers
o Exceptional customer service skills
o Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
o Attention to detail
o Quick learner
o Can work independently
o Dependable
