Job Summary
This role is an overnight shift (11:00 PM -7:00 AM) FT, Monday-Friday (some weekends and holidays will be required but will be given a notice in advance). This role will be responsible for checking guest in and out of hotel upon arrival, prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Check guest in and out of Hotel
- Assist guest with luggage and room request
- Communicate guest feedback to the appropriate staff
- Manage the Front desk while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Perform all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to computer system, maintaining computer database integrity daily, and auditing of master bills.
- Learn the Hotel night audit systems and perform respective duties when scheduled to work the night audit shift.

Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Prior night audit experience is required. A minimum 2 years of customer service experience in upscale hotel environment
- College degree in hospitality preferred
- Proactive
- Coach-able and willing to receive constructive criticism
- Great attention to detail
- Friendly and energetic

Location: Boston (Back Bay)
Pay Rate: $16.00
