Must have the ability to do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to contact customers with newly funded contracts
  • Ensure that all customers with newly funded contracts are successfully contacted by utilizing Power BI to retrieve the newly funded contracts daily report, and utilizing SAP/CRM to document the call
  • Follow the script to ensure quality and consistency in every welcome call
  • Ensure that every item on the check list related to customer's billing/invoicing is verified with the customer
  • Make the necessary corrections or changes on the system as needed or requested by the customer
  • Educate the customers of the importance of payment remittance to ensure accurate and timely posting to their account/s.
  • Advise customers of different payment methods available, and be able to confidently provide details/instructions if requested by the customer.
  • Offer to take payment by phone if applicable
  • Offer ACH pull, be able to explain the benefits
  • Inform customer of the invoice delivery methods, educate the customer of the benefits of email delivery, offer this service to the customer and update the system if customer accept
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Conduct research as needed for existing customers
  • Be able to take a customer through the lifecycle of the lease or loan
  • Ensure that each customer interaction is captured on system notes.

  • Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years Call Center Customer Service experience is required
    • Outbound call experience is preferred
    • At a minimum, High School Diploma is required
    • B.A. / B.S. Degree in business or related field is preferred
    • Be able to navigate between systems
    • SAP CRM/ERP, SAP Interaction Center is preferred
    • Power BI knowledge is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Hours:
    • Can start anytime between 7-8 a.m., Monday - Friday
    • 40 hours per week
