Job Description

Immediate position for an experienced Office Manager with strong background in accounting.

Daily tasks:

  • Invoicing
  • Billing
  • Managing multiple Excel spreadsheets that are very complex
  • Scheduling staff throughout the
  • Collect and apply payments
  • Pull reports through Excel, analyze reports for budgeting and forecasting
  • Pull financial data to assist with month end close and financial reporting

Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of related Office Manager experience
  • Well-rounded accounting knowledge with administrative skills
  • Excel skills using Vlook up and pivot table is required
  • SAP experience is highly desired
