Exciting Opportunity with an Immediate Start
Essential Functions:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct accordingly
  • Comfortable with event planning, ordering catering, cleaning conference room areas
  • Daily duties may include: Cleaning lobby area, hard hats and visitors shoes
  • Adhere to front desk procedures for walk-in traffic and visitors
  • Stock main refrigerator daily
  • Update invoices into SAP software
  • Update reports as assigned
  • Flexible to take on other duties on the spot
  • Flexible to work overtime if needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) years of Customer Service experience
  • Previous facilities management a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal/oral/written communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Outgoing, vibrant, full of energy
