Job Description

SNI Companies is looking for an Office Manager for a well known construction company in Jacksonville, Florida.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office activities
  • Maintain a reliable office presence during business hours
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Report directly to the division managers and provide support to operations team
  • assist with proposals and coordination of vendors
  • control corporate communications with jobsite personnel, client calls/inquiries and subcontractors
  • Function as support for directors and president by managing the corporate calendar, schedule meetings, prepare travel arrangements and draft letters/memos
  • Other task as assigned

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Associates preferred
  • 2-3 years equivialent experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
