We are currently seeking an Office Manager in the Hartford area who has their Property and Casualty License and customer service experience to join a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate and prompt customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
  • Educate customers about options.
