Job Description

SNI Is seeking an experienced and professional office manager who is able to take initiative and work autonomously. This person will wear many hats and have an affinity for troubleshooting and decision making. We are looking to the right fit and this role could have potential for contract to hire or direct hire for the right fit. See description below:
Duties of Office Manger:

  • Leasing: correspond with agents, oversee renewals and internal leasing, Manage and coordinate tenants
  • Accounting: AR, AP, record Payroll, management fees, monthly bank reconciliations, manage charges and payments internally
  • Customer Service: manage tenant questions, inquiries and applications for new apartments
  • Administrative: process move-in/ move-outs, process collections files, manage CHA tenants, schedule maintenance, order office supplies

Requirements of Office Manager:

  • Accounting experience, must be comfortable tracking payments and managing fees and bank reconciliations
  • Must have a personality for customer service and professional problem solving for tenants
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize dealing with agents, tenants and everyday office tasks
  • Must have prior Real Estate or Property Management experience
  • Proficiency in real estate software required, app folio strongly preferred.
