  • 2016 QuickBooks Online experience preferred
  • Maintaining leases
  • Must have over 5 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Administrative tasks such as letters to tenants or towns regarding AR/AP/Collection matters
  • Manage tenant issues if they are paying rent but no other bills, like the water bill
  • AP and AR tasks
  • Flexible hours, but must be able to commit to be available four weekdays per week
  • Must have experience in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Property Management experience preferred but not required
  • References required
