Job Description


Office Coordinator needed for cool marketing company in Mercer County, New Jersey.
The Coordinator is responsible for supporting association teams in the daily operations, administrative and membership functions for multiple association clients.


Responsibility Areas

  • Support membership, event, exhibit and sponsorship growth and recruitment efforts
  • Support association events including registrations, requests for information, trade show coordination, marketing input, on-site registration desk
  • Manage database(s)
  • Answer phones and email inquiries
  • Write letters, e-blasts and other promotional communications
  • Take and compose board meeting minutes
  • Act as liaison between member or prospective member liaison and headquarters
  • Prepare reports for internal management, team and board meetings. Manage membership application process, renewals and payments
  • Support association marketing including website content, newsletter content, and social media activity
  • Manage own time allocation budget
  • Travel occasionally as necessary; may include international travel
  • Other responsibilities as required


Required Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media mediums and ability to learn and use new software and online resources
  • Database management;


Interpersonal

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and proofreading
  • Exceptional organization with ability to multi-task in a high-speed environment


Education/Experience - 2+ years' administrative or project management experience in associations or service environment.
