Training Coordinator - Central Region, NJ
Responsibilities to include:
Oversee and support the coordination, scheduling and promotion of workshops, trainings, and presentations to workers and other professionals providing support services, including the development of promotional materials and maintaining up-to-date website content.Assist with all day-to-day operations of various trainings.Conduct routine administrative duties including data management, data entry, collating, copying, filing, supply inventory, and other operational needs.Communicate with individuals regarding scheduling via phone and email.Network and build professional relationships.Communicate and distribute all paperwork required.Coordinate sites, dates and attendees.Assist with verifying and finalizing schedules.Assist Director with logistics. Assist with necessary follow-up.Support Director with data management & reporting
Academic Requirements:
An Associate's degree or four years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of experience working in office environment and performing administrative duties. Customer service experience required.
- Excellent written and oral skills along with strong computer knowledge a must.
- Strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational and critical thinking skills along with an engaging and energizing personality.
- Advanced MS Office skills and utilizing social media.
- Experience with event planning a plus.
