Office Coordinator needed for pharmaceutical company in Princeton area. This position will incorporate many areas of the company.

  • Customer Service Department -
    • open mail and invoices and process
    • Weekly expense reports
    • Sort and mail weekly checks
    • File invoices
    • Review and help process credit card statement
  • Office Coordination
    • Front Desk Reception for all guests and visitors
    • Be lead for company with respect to landlord
    • Mail sort and deliver daily
    • Kitchen maintenance
    • Organize and maintain supply rooms
    • Review inbound emails to general mailbox and distribute to appropriate employees
    • Conference room maintenance and calendar
  • Supplies
    • Responsible for stocking, ordering and maintaining office supplies
    • Copier machines
    • Office Supplies
    • Kitchen Supplies
  • Event coordination
    • Responsible for organization of office events
    • Support holiday card and gifts organization
    • Support and coordinate visitors travel and meeting schedules
  • Executive Support
    • Calendar management
    • Documentation and contract management
    • Preparing documents as needed
    • File and email as needed
  • Human Resources
    • Manage employee addresses and territory listings
    • Assist with on boarding new employees as needed


Strong Organizational Skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of MS Navision a plus
