SNI Companies is seeking a Professional Office Clerk to perform a variety of clerical tasks. If you have office experience and work well with offers we are looking for you. Please apply within

Position Responsibilities

* Represent the organization as the first point of contact for deliveries and services
* Be able to coordinate copier and other office equipment repairs
* Receive and distribute inbound mail and packages
* Collect outbound mail from departments
* Administer and Process Admin Services Workflows
* Maintain breakroom supplies and restock as needed
* Stock inventory - place items on shelves
* Stock paper at copiers
* Invoice processing for facility and Admin Services related expenses

Job Qualifications:

* 1+ years of Office Clerk experience
* Education equivalent to graduation from high school/GED.
* Proficiency with MS Outlook and Word.
* Ability to present written information and in a clear, concise and organized manner.
* Ability to concentrate on detailed work assignments.

Additional Details:

* Salary of $17 Per Hour

* Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
