A highly sought our Property Management Company in Clarendon Hills is looking for an Administrative Assistant to act as the first point-of-contact for clients. The right candidate is a self-starter, who loves exceeding expectations and understands customer service experience at a high level.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Reception desk coverage
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with tenant requests
- Distribute incoming mail

- Light bookkeeping
- Data entry and general filing/scanning duties

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year office support experience
- Great organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
